Our charter sets out our commitment and the standards of service we aim to provide for the children of the world.

Mission statement
We are committed to providing a high quality toy manufacturing and delivery service, free to all children of the world who believe in Santa Claus, have been good and do not try to sneak a peak at Santa on the big night.

Our service standards
We aim to:

• Action the requests detailed in the letters of all deserving children.
• Have all orders prepared and loaded on Santa’s sleigh by 12pm on December 24.
• Deliver all toys before 4am on December 25.
• Be as quiet as a mouse when landing on roofs, climbing down chimneys and creeping through houses.
• Make all efforts to minimise chimney damage, which may be caused when a large man enters a small flue.
• Drink all sherry and eat all mince pies offered.
• Respond to feedback and the complaints of disgruntled children (usually those who have been bad and received coal).
