I know that Twitting is all the rage but do I really have to tell you people not to twit on about the pitch we’re writing for the little children of the world? We’re talking trade secrets here people. We’re talking highly confidential. We’re talking about our future. These ideas are our future and you are giving our future away every time you chirp. So in future, please refrain from discussing the pitch on Twitter – stick to the usual vacuous drivel. I have my eye on you – particularly:

Twitting? Honestly, I do wonder sometimes who makes these things up. Have you not got enough to do without all this twitting? Really. I don't know what Sir Cliff would make of it all, but I can hardly see 'Christmas Time, Mistletoe and Wine, all the kids twitting on their phones all the time' having quite the same ring.
Hang on, apparently Sir Cliff is actually a twit, or whatever you call them.
